I recommend getting in touch as soon as you have your event date.

While I occasionally have last minute availability, most custom orders are booked at least two weeks in advance. Popular dates, such as weekends and holiday periods can fill much sooner, so booking early is always recommended.

Each cookie is individually heat sealed to lock in freshness. For best flavour and texture, I recommend enjoying them within 2 weeks of receiving them. Store in an airtight container (inside their bags), in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Need to save them for later? They can also be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy them, simply allow them to come to room temperature while still sealed to help prevent condensation affecting the icing.

I’m always happy to use inspiration photos to understand the style you love. Rather than creating an exact copy of another decorator’s work, I’ll design a custom set inspired by your ideas and tailored to your celebration. If there is a particular shape or design you really love though, please let me know.

Absolutely! I love creating themed cookie sets, from my favourite characters to hobbies, sports and special occasions. If you’re unsure what is possible, feel free to send through your ideas and I’ll let you know what I can create.

All of my sugar cookies contain wheat (gluten), dairy (milk) and egg. Funfetti flavour contains almond.

Cookies are made in a registered home kitchen where common allergens are handled. While great care is taken during preparation, I cannot guarantee my cookies are free from cross contamination, so they may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.

Pick up is available from my home kitchen in Witherlea, Blenheim by appointment only.

If you’re unable to collect your order, local delivery may be available by arrangement and I also offer nationwide shipping. If you are unsure which option is best, just ask!

Because every order is custom made just for you, the initial 50% payment is non refundable as it secures your booking and allows time for preparation. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your cookies are required. Full payment can also be made at the time of booking.

Once final payment has been received, no further changes to your order can be made as preparation will have begun.

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. While refunds are not available once your order has entered the preparation stage, I’ll always do my best to help where I can.
